Insights into State-of-the-Art Cleanroom and Furnace Technology at the University of Paderborn

Our specialists Nils Rawert, Nils Kloppenburg and Wilke Scholtalbers (in white cleanroom suits) had the opportunity to visit the Institute for Photonic Quantum Systems at the University of Paderborn.

The focus of the visit was the handover of two newly installed tube furnace systems featuring PLC control, rapid cooling, and fully automated process gas management. The visit was complemented by an impressive tour of the new ISO Class 5 and 6 cleanrooms.

The exchange provided exciting insights into a state-of-the-art research environment and the requirements for precise thermal process solutions.
