Nabertherm GmbH and Ivoclar Vivadent AG Cooperation
Validated Sintering Programs for the LHT 02/17 LB Speed Sintering Furnace and the Zirconium Oxides IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime & IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime Esthetic
Nabertherm and Ivoclar announce a new cooperation. As part of this collaboration, and following extensive testing, validated sintering programs have been developed for the Nabertherm high-temperature sintering furnace LHT 02/17 LB Speed, optimally matched to Ivoclar's zirconium oxide materials.
By validating these programs, both companies ensure maximum process reliability, reproducible results, and high material quality in the production of zirconium oxide restorations. Dental laboratories and dental technicians benefit from precisely coordinated parameters that enable simple, safe, and efficient processing.
The sintering programs validated by Ivoclar for the zirconium oxides IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime and IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime Esthetic are available free of charge via the Nabertherm sintering program download portal. Users can download the programs within seconds using a USB stick and import them directly into their LHT 02/17 LB Speed – fast, convenient, and secure.
“We at Nabertherm are very pleased about this collaboration – through the cooperation between Ivoclar and Nabertherm, two leading experts in the fields of dental materials and furnace technology are coming together,” explains Timm Grotheer, Managing Director of Nabertherm. “Our cooperation enables users to make their sintering processes even more efficient and reliable.”
The coordinated programs for the LHT 02/17 LB Speed will be available from march. Users can rely on the combination of Ivoclar materials and Nabertherm furnace technology to deliver optimal results.
With this cooperation, Nabertherm and Ivoclar once again underline their commitment to providing innovative and reliable solutions for dental technology.
