New Tube Furnaces of the RS Series

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new split tube furnaces for horizontal or vertical operation. This series has been specially designed for applications that require high temperature uniformity and maximum flexibility in test setup.

The RS series tube furnaces are designed for horizontal use and - when combined with our optional vertical tripod - also suitable for vertical operation. The split design enables particularly easy replacement of the work tube. This allows different tube materials (e.g., quartz, alumina, or ceramic) to be exchanged conveniently and safely without dismantling the entire setup.

With a wide range of accessories, these professional tube furnaces can be optimally adapted to each specific process. By adding various gas supply packages, operation under protective atmosphere, with reactive gases, or under vacuum becomes possible.

The RS series features the following technical characteristics:

✔ Flexible configuration options: Standard configuration for horizontal operation; suitable for vertical use with an optional stand
✔ Split housing: The two-part furnace body allows fast and comfortable replacement of work tubes without disassembling the entire setup
✔ Precise temperature control: Equipped with the C550 controller – 10 individually programmable programs with up to 20 temperature segments each for precise process control
✔ Customizable tube diameters: Interchangeable tube adapter shells allow simple and safe use of different outer diameters
✔ Expandable system options: Wide range of accessories, including gas supply packages for inert or vacuum operation, sealing systems, and end fittings
