Vacuum Firing and Vacuum Pressing Furnace with Lifting Table - Two New Dental Models from Nabertherm
At the International Dental Show (IDS) in Cologne, Nabertherm is presenting two innovations in the field of furnace manufacturing. The models VL 01/12 LB & VL 01/12 LB Press were specially developed for firing all common veneering ceramics and for pressing all conventional press systems.
The innovative design - with a stainless-steel housing - and a controller with a graphic touch display, as well as the high-grade Nabertherm quality "Made in Germany" speak their own language. As a German machine builder, Nabertherm manufactures its products with more than 500 employees exclusively in Germany on its own 25,000 square meter production area in Lilienthal near Bremen.
The vacuum firing furnace VL 01/12 LB is used for firing veneers and dental ceramics. All common materials can be fired with this all-rounder. The vacuum pressing furnace VL 01/12 LB Press can also be used to fire veneer ceramics. However, the special purpose of this furnace is the pressing of dental ceramics. In terms of charge materials and application both furnaces work fully independent of the ceramics manufacturer. Materials from all common manufacturers can be used.
For easier and manufacturer-independent use, Nabertherm - the premium supplier and partner of dental technicians - supplies numerous sample programs with program parameters from all major material manufacturers, which can be downloaded from the Nabertherm website. These can then be imported quickly and easily into the furnace via the USB interface of the controller, without any login entries. Service information can also be read out from the controller.
For free program entry and furnace control, Nabertherm offers its in-house controller system, which has been specially developed for the dental sector: the controller D580. A special operating concept was developed for the firing and pressing of dental ceramics, which does not yet exist on the market. The result of this exclusive development for Nabertherm is an intuitive high-end solution for the dental technician.
The unique selling point of this operating concept is the program sequence assistant, which enables quick access to the right material program and shows a colored representation of the last program used, so that the correct firing process of the preparation is guaranteed.
In order to round off the overall package and to observe the new firing and pressing experience from anywhere, Nabertherm offers the “MyNabertherm app” for mobile end devices (iOS or Android) free of charge for download. With the app, the current process data of one or more Nabertherm controllers can be read out live. In this way, the firings can be monitored online. The app informs directly via push notification about a fault that has occurred and, just in case, Nabertherm Service can be contacted directly via the App.
The new vacuum furnaces will be available from March 2023. Just in time for the IDS in Cologne, Nabertherm is presenting two innovations with a quantum leap and is positioning itself as a quality manufacturer in this important market segment. Visit Nabertherm at the IDS Cologne from March 14th to 18th, 2023 at booth S050 in hall 10.2 and get to know the new furnace models on site.
