The sintering furnaces of the LHT ../17 D model series are ideally suited for sintering bridges and crowns made of translucent zirconia up to 1650 °C. Their special heating elements made of molybdenum disilicide provide excellent protection against chemical interaction between the batch and the furnace components. Up to 30 (LHT 01/17 D) or 75 (LHT 03/17 D) single crowns can be produced per sintering cycle.
These furnaces are allrounders for the dental laboratory, standing out especially for their very good price-performance ratio combined with a long service life. The furnaces can be individually programmed for most recommended sintering curves from all major zirconia manufacturers.
Key Facts
- Suitable for sintering zirconia from all leading manufacturers
- Ideal for conventional/classic sintering, even overnight
- Maximum heating rate up to 1000 °C at 30 °C/min (LHT 01/17 D) or 20 °C/min (LHT 03/17 D)
- Fastest cooling time to 300 °C in 189 minutes (LHT 01/17 D) or 165 minutes (LHT 03/17 D)
- Sintering capacity of 30 to 75 single crowns/bridges and full arches
- High-quality heating elements made of molybdenum disilicide offer very good protection against chemical interaction between charge and heating elements
- Dual shell housing made of textured stainless steel sheets with additional fan cooling for low surface temperature
- Exclusive use of insulation materials without categorization according to EC Regulation No 1272/2008 (CLP). This explicitly means that alumino silicate wool, also known as “refractory ceramic fiber” (RCF), which is classified and possibly carcinogenic, is not used.
