Function and equipment
The sintering furnaces of the LHTCT ../16 model series are designed as tabletop models equipped with SiC heating rods. The furnaces stand out for a very good price-performance ratio and numerous advantages when sintering zirconia at temperatures up to 1500 °C. Fast heating times make these models a solid choice for CAD/CAM processing of zirconia. The furnaces can be individually programmed for many recommended sintering curves up to 1550 °C.

- Exclusive use of insulation materials without categorization according to EC Regulation No 1272/2008 (CLP). This explicitly means that alumino silicate wool, also known as “refractory ceramic fiber” (RCF), which is classified and possibly carcinogenic, is not used
- Furnace chamber can be charged with up to two (LHTCT 01/16) or four (LHTCT 03/16) saggars, 15 individual crowns per level
