Energy Management
Capturing and processing consumption data.
Energy management is a crucial tool for determining and optimizing the energy consumption of a system. In addition to devices for recording and analyzing energy consumption, continuous process optimization based on this data results in sustainable resource savings.
Relevant Products
Devices for Energy Data Collection
Reading, visualizing, and communicating energy data.
Solar Mode
Consumption optimization for storage batteries in PV installations.
The Series 500 controllers can be switched to “Solar Mode” as a standard feature. The furnace can then utilize power from photovoltaic systems with or without storage. A specially tuned control behavior ensures that the delayed switching times of solar storage systems are considered in the control process. The Solar Mode can be configured to separately account for the controller's oscillation behavior during heating ramps and holding times. This ensures the best possible balance between short heating times and precise temperature control during the holding phase.
Peak Load Optimization
Minimizing peak loads.
